      An extreme winter weather has raged across Texas in February. Although expert had predicted this terrible storm, neither the local authority nor the local electric grid take it seriously,  which eventually resulted in the disaster.

      However, the disaster like this will not come alone. The research found out climate change linked with polar vortex, which meant every place in the world may be attacked by the extreme weather. And it also meant the intensity of catastrophic climate would be more and more severe, which posed unexpected threats to human community, ranging from the electricity to the economy. If we continue to tackle climate-change with old methods, it won’t work out. Scientist suggested that we have to fully invest in measures that protect our environment immediately.
