HP DL360 Gen9服务器logical drive failed故障处理

一、问题描述：

某客户由于生产事故导致一台DL360 Gen9意外掉电导致服务器无法进入系统，引导自检过程中报以下错误：
1.HP smart storage battery 1 failure - Battery shutdown event code: 0x0400. 2.Embedded Storage : Dynamic Smart Array B140i - SATA Optical Drive 1 - Configuration Required 3.Embedded RAID : Smart Array P440ar controller - Configuration Required - 1779-slot 0 drive array - replacement drive(s) detected OR previously failed drives now appear to be operational…etc Actions we taken:

2.1st i thought smart storage battery 1 failure, i confirmed with ILO interface then i replaced with new battery, then ILO interface i checked its ok.

二、故障现象

登录ILO时显示类似如下图：

可以看出logical Driver 01 - Failed 逻辑磁盘状态失败；Physical Driver OK 物理磁盘状态是好的，同时硬盘指示灯正常。

三、故障分析：

硬盘没有任何报错，说明硬盘上的数据没有问题，只是阵列或逻辑盘丢失造成数据无法读取。

四、解决办法：

1、备份数据
2、进入BIOS，在启动的过程中按下F9键，进入“系统配置”菜单，打开HPE SSA(smart storage administrator)图形界面

选中RAID控制器并按Enter进入，可以看到有两个选项，分别是删除逻辑盘和修复失败的逻辑盘，选择修复失败的逻辑盘（该操作可能造成数据丢失，所以需要提前做备份），正常修复后便可进入系统。
