wince下隐藏任务栏C#源码（简洁版）

上一篇博文中借用了CSDN网友的实现方法，这里借用另一个地方的实现代码，加上自己的修改，实现了简版隐藏任务栏代码，经测试Wince6.0,.net CF3.5运行正确，如下：
