Do you choose a experienced employee with high-salary or a inexperienced employee with low-salary?

I choose a experienced employee ,sure.I am a rich experienced person ,I should support myself certainly.though just graduated people can try his best to do his work,spending  his overtime,but if you get a energy project ,they can't finish it.so you get a great risk.Experienced employee can avoid important actor,act as leader in his project. They can bring so much good skill  and nice idea to the new project ,you need not worry about the process.maybe they have family,but their many years works experiences and moral  will make them have a correct attitude to family.pay more attention to their work.
