To evaluate mxGraph: - Navigate to http://www.jgraph.com/mxdownload.html . - Select the check box to indicate agreement to the license and click the button "Download Now" to download. - The downloaded package is zipped, unzip to your preferred location. - Within the package under javascript/examples you will find a number of html files that demonstrate how to invoke the library within a web page. - The hosted version of mxGraph is similar to the way in which Google Maps works. You include a link to the script of mxGraph hosted on mxgraph.com and it behaves in exactly the same way as if it were loaded from the server hosting the web page. The hosted version load requires a key, which can be found in any of the examples in the downloadable evaluation package. Also, note that the version of mxGraph to be loaded is a parameter on the script load. This enables you to control which version is used and not be forced to update each time a new version is released. - The evaluation copy is valid for 90 days after download.
