使用pfile 启动oracle 实例时，启动失败---db_recovery_file_dest參数值在os上不存在。

[oracle@vm22 ~]$ sqlplus / as sysdba

SQL> startup nomount pfile='/home/oracle/pfile_hou';
ORA-01261: Parameter db_recovery_file_dest destination string cannot be translated
ORA-01262: Stat failed on a file destination directory
Linux Error: 2: No such file or directory
SQL>  


nomount时，会进行必要的參数检查，检查不通过，nomount会不成功。
而且检查不通过，相关的错误信息仅仅会在sqlplus中输出，不会再alert里边输出。
