查了些英文网站的解决方案，说是什么系统升级，诺顿杀毒软件问题，都不是自己要的答案，是自己以前不小心改了，后来无论怎么卸载、升级、重装flash插件都一个样

老是遇见这个问题。又的时候是重启动机子得以解决。

看是否按装debug。另一个问题好像是病毒问题，我的机子上不装杀毒软件。这个可以排除

现在还不知道 flash 9和10的差别 。
下载 flash_debug 10；
install 完毕
