修改dwr3.0 的 BeanConverter

由于BeanConverter返回json的key直接获取的是field的名称，Extjs tree ui对json格式要求比较固定，而javabean的属性名称与其不是一一对应的，为了适应这一点，修改了BeanConverter代码，通过annotation来制定key，记录代码如下：
我是通过修改jar class文件进行替换的，尝试使用配置的方式替换，都没有成功，始终调用的是默认的BeanConverter。最后只好用野蛮的方式了。
