Job Description
Technology Consulting professionals are responsible for delivering technology innovation and providing the backbone of our systems integration business. SOA manager level professionals focus on architecture planning and optimization using SOA related technologies, planning and delivering solutions for harvesting the value and extending the life of clients' existing IT assets in order to decrease costs, improve business flexibility and stability and respond to changing business requirements. Individuals should be experienced with application architecture design, SOA transformation, cloud computing and enterprise architecture optimization, capable of consolidating and optimizing sophisticated enterprise application environments. Key Responsibilities
• Planning and managing technology diagnosis and assessment activities, defining high-level program/action plans
• Identifying opportunities to drive more value from an organization’s IT strategy through technology strategies in targeted areas, including enterprise architecture optimization (especially application architecture) and technology architecture (overall as well as security, networks, and desktop)
• Ensuring high level design supports a robust technology solution, taking into account the user requirements, technical requirements, etc. (e.g., solution architecture)
• Planning and managing technology design activities
• Being recognized as an expert on one or more technology vendors/products/areas
• Leading the technology evaluation and selection effort
• Planning and managing program-wide technology build, test and deployment activities
• Being an expert in troubleshooting and performance tuning one or more technology products Professional Skill Requirements
•Experiences with one or more major technologies such as J2EE, .Net etc.
•Rich experiences in enterprise system planning and application architecture design •More than 8 Years industry Knowledge (preferable in Res., Prod, and PS)
•Specialized skills in one or more areas: - B2Bi (Architecture, Products, Technologies - RossetNet, ebXML, etc.) - SOA integration, design, implementation and governance - Cloud computing (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, BPaaS.) - Business Intelligence (OLAP, Data Mining, etc.) - Portal/Content Management/Document Management - At least familiar with one major SOA vendor products - Other major enterprise level business applications and technologies
• Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Desire to work in an information systems environment
• Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
• Excellent leadership and management skills

• Developing a high level design which supports a robust technology solution, taking into account the user requirements, technical requirements, etc.
• Driving technology architecture and infrastructure design activities、、
• Reviewing and supervising design components
• Developing design and transition approaches
• Driving and supervising technology build, test and deployment activities
• Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and supporting application development Professional Skill Requirements
•Experiences with one or more major technologies such as J2EE, .Net etc.
•Hands on experiences in enterprise system planning and application architecture design
•3-5 Years industry Knowledge (preferable in Res., Prod, and PS)
•Specialized skills in one or more areas: - B2Bi (Architecture, Products, Technologies - RossetNet, ebXML, etc.) - ERP (SAP/Oracle) related architecture planning and design - SOA integration, design, implementation and governance - Business Intelligence (OLAP, Data Mining, etc.) - Portal/Content Management/Document Management - At least familiar with one major SOA vendor products - Other major enterprise level business applications and technologies
•Experience with business requirements analysis and business value proposition •Experience with large IT transformation program and project management is preferable • Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• Desire to work in an information systems environment
• Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable
