Quality Center Issue with "CAPICOM.DLL not prop...

When you install/upgrade some software in your machine and try to access QC, you may end up seeing this message:

“CAPICOM:DLL is not properly installed or registered.


Please install CAPICOM.DLL and restart your browser.”


Steps to Over come this:

Click to the Start --> Run and write below command and click OK

Regsvr32 C:\Windows\System32\capicom.dll

Now launch the browser and acess QC. You should be able to access it properly now.

有时候会出现执行 "Regsvr32 C:\Windows\System32\capicom.dll"时，系统提示找到不相关的文件，这时你需要在网络或其他地方找一个capicom.dll的文件，将其放在C:\Windows\System32\目录下。然后再执行上面的命令即可。
