WI首次登录加速实现

WI首次登录加速：
编辑WI服务器上：C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\Aspnet.config，增加一行
<generatePublisherEvidence enabled="false" />

AMC加速方法:
加速后AMC可以10秒内完成打开，未加速前，需要30秒或以上才能完成打开。
For 32-bit Windows Installations:

1.Create a file in c:\windows\system32\mmc.exe.config.

2.Place the following text inside the file and save it:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
<configuration>
<runtime>
<generatePublisherEvidence enabled="false" />

</runtime>
</configuration>

1.Launch the Access Management Console again. This should be much faster because the system does not attempt to verify the Authenticode signature.

For 64-bit Windows Installations:

1.Create a file in C:\Windows\SysWOW64\mmc.exe.config.

2.Place the following text inside the file and save it:

</runtime>
</configuration>
