DS Storage Manager 忘记管理密码恢复
故障：
客户忘记了在Storage Manager中设置的密码。
解决方案一：
如果客户以前设置可以使用“rlogin”，则使用“rlogin”这个命令连接到DS3000；
输入口令（默认口令为infiniti）；如果口令正确，就会出现CLI界面；输入以下口令：
clearSYMbolPassword 返回Value = 0 = 0x0
解决方案二：
使用串口线连接DS3000和主机的串口；使用超级终端，设置如下：
按 Ctrl-Break，等待两秒后，继续此动作，直到出现“
“ Press within five seconds: <S> for Service Interface,
<BREAK> for baud rate”
再次按Ctrl-Break，出现以下提示：
Setbaud rate: press <space> within 5 seconds
Press the spacebar and the following line should appear:
Baud rate set to 115200
(The speed shown will vary depending on what speed you
selected for your PC serial port.)
按Ctrl-c，出现以下提示：
Current date: 08/02/07 time:13:48:29
Enter password to access shell:
在这里输入密码(默认密码：infiniti)，如果DS4000控制器的微码版本是7.10版本以上，则需要按提示输入帐号/密码，缺省帐号/密码是：shellUsr/wy3oo&w4，出现以下提示：
