2  中国人分手告别时的特点是什么？

what are characteristic feature of parting for chinese

3  每个国家的风俗都不同

customs  vary  from country to country

there are varied customs in different country

4  和美国人相比，一般的英国人有点冷淡不太开放

compared with  the amercians, the average  englishman is a bit cold and not very open

5  在我看来哪里的人们有点古怪

in my opinion ,people there are quite strange

6  对海外人士最安全的建议就是按照这个古来的谚语行事 “入乡随俗”

the safest advice for the overseas people is  to follow the old saying "when in rome,do as  the romans do "

7  你一定在哪里经历了文化差异吧

you must experienced a real culture shock there

8  你说的对，也可以称它是文化冲突，我觉得中国人有点害羞或者类似这种情况

you are right, you may also call it  a cultural shock . i found that chinese people are sort of shy  or something like that

9  近况如何，还不错，我们正在赶着准备这个季度所有材料

how is it going on , not too bad, we are trying to catch up with all the material for this season

10  你觉得在这公司做事怎么样

how do you feel working in this kind of company

11  问得好，你知道事情不会总是一帆风顺的

good question , you know everything are not always so easy

12   我希望你能把它做好

i hope you can get it done well

13  你得很有耐心，我们有几百个员工，大多数员工对你们美国式的业务系统不熟悉

you need to have more patience,we have several hundreds of employees, most of them are quite new to you amercian-style bussiness system

13 调动人们的积极性可是件间距的工作，每个人都知道别人的工资，每个人都盯着哪些拿高薪的人，观察他们的干活，不管怎么说

it is a tough job to get people motivated,everybody konws the salary  of others. and everybody keeps an eyes on those people with high pay .and watch them how much they do
