目的:初探KVM-单机虚拟化环境
操作内容:
一、基础环境 1、资源分配 host: n86.test 2、主机配置 【关闭selinux】 # setenforce 0 # sed -i 's/=enforcing/=disabled/g' /etc/selinux/config 二、配置配置vnc服务 1. 安装包 # yum install tigervnc-server # yum groupinstall "Desktop" 2. 配置vnc密码: # vncpasswd 3. 更新vnc配置: # vim /etc/sysconfig/vncservers 新增内容如下: VNCSERVERS="1:root" VNCSERVERARGS[1]="-geometry 1280x960" 4. 启动服务 # service vncserver start 5. 调整防火墙配置,放行端口:5900:5901 -A INPUT -p tcp -m state --state NEW -m tcp --dport 5900:5901 -j ACCEPT 其中: 5900:用来后续连接到vm 5901:用来连接到宿主机n86 6. 如果在win下使用vncviewer连接异常,一直黑屏,调整下面的参数: options->Expert->ColorLevel,value=full 三、配置单机虚拟化环境 1、配置kvm环境 [root@n86 ~]# yum groupinstall -y "Virtualization Client" "Virtualization Platform" "Virtualization Tools" 启动服务: [root@n86 ~]# service libvirtd start 2、增加网桥br0 [root@n86 ~]# cd /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts [root@n86 network-scripts]# cat <<'_EOF' >ifcfg-br0 DEVICE=br0 TYPE=Bridge ONBOOT=yes NM_CONTROLLED=no BOOTPROTO=none IPADDR=10.50.200.86 PREFIX=24 GATEWAY=10.50.200.1 DELAY=0 DEFROUTE=yes _EOF [root@n86 network-scripts]# mv ifcfg-em1 bak.ifcfg-em1 \ && cat <<'_EOF' >ifcfg-em1 DEVICE=em1 BRIDGE=br0 ONBOOT=yes MTU=1500 NM_CONTROLLED=no _EOF [root@n86 network-scripts]# service network restart [root@n86 network-scripts]# brctl show bridge name bridge id STP enabled interfaces br0 8000.f8bc124de980 no em1 virbr0 8000.525400288c45 yes virbr0-nic 3、准备vm存放目录和iso文件 [root@n86 ~]# mkdir /data/kvm/{images,iso} -p 假设已上传一个iso文件: [root@n86 ~]# ls /data/kvm/iso/ CentOS-6.5-x86_64-bin-DVD1.iso 继续操作。 创建一个磁盘镜像,用于安装系统。 [root@n86 ~]# qemu-img create -f qcow2 /data/kvm/images/e01.test-vda.qcow2 40G 4、创建虚拟机 1)通过virt-manager管理 2)命令行 [root@n86 ~]# virt-install --name e01.test \ --ram 8192 \ --vcpus=4 \ --cdrom /data/kvm/iso/CentOS-6.5-x86_64-bin-DVD1.iso \ --disk path=/data/kvm/images/e01.test-vda.qcow2,device=disk,bus=virtio,size=40,format=qcow2 \ --network bridge:br0 \ --graphics vnc,port=5900,listen=0.0.0.0 \ --hvm \ --arch x86_64 \ --os-type=linux \ --os-variant=rhel6 \ --noautoconsole Starting install... OK,接下来稍等一下,我们先收集点信息: [root@n86 ~]# virsh list Id Name State ---------------------------------------------------- 19 e01.test running (virt-manager的GUI界面操作容易,略过,后续仅探讨virsh相关的命令行工具怎么使用) 3)xml文件 这个文件保存的是vm的配置,可以根据这个xml文件的内容来调整vm的配置。 [root@n86 ~]# cd /data/kvm/images 先保存一份xml文件后续做对比: [root@n86 images]# virsh dumpxml e01.test >e01.test-1.xml 通过VNC连接上去安装OS后,选择reboot将停止这个vm。 此时再保存一份xml文件: [root@n86 images]# virsh dumpxml e01.test >e01.test-2.xml 我们对比上面收集的2个xml文件看一下: 最主要的区别, 是针对cdrom的设置以及对应的引导方式,其次是针对开关机时不同状态的变化。 四、vm管理【Domain Management】 1、启动这个vm: [root@n86 images]# virsh start e01.test 2、重启vm: [root@n86 images]# virsh reboot e01.test Domain e01.test is being rebooted 强制重启vm(相当于按了电源的reset键): [root@n86 images]# virsh reset e01.test Domain e01.test was reset 3、暂停vm: [root@n86 images]# virsh suspend e01.test Domain e01.test suspended 列出vm查看状态: [root@n86 images]# virsh list Id Name State ---------------------------------------------------- 20 e01.test paused 4、恢复暂停的vm: [root@n86 images]# virsh resume e01.test Domain e01.test resumed 列出vm查看状态: [root@n86 images]# virsh list Id Name State ---------------------------------------------------- 20 e01.test running 5、关闭vm: [root@n86 images]# virsh shutdown e01.test Domain e01.test is being shutdown 上述是正常的关闭方式 强制关闭(类似断电): [root@n86 images]# virsh shutdown e01.test Domain e01.test destroyed 列出vm查看状态: [root@n86 images]# virsh list Id Name State ---------------------------------------------------- 看不到vm,怎么办? 使用下面的方法试试。 6、列出所有的vm: [root@n86 images]# virsh list --all Id Name State ---------------------------------------------------- - e01.test shut off 7、vm处于“shut off”状态下,导出vm的配置为xml文件: [root@n86 images]# virsh dumpxml e01.test >e01.test-3.xml 这个时候导出的xml文件和系统存放的内容是一致的: /etc/libvirt/qemu/e01.test.xml 8、编辑vm的配置: [root@n86 images]# virsh edit e01.test Domain e01.test XML configuration edited. (尚未生效,需shutdown再start这个vm才能生效) 这个edit的操作,相当于: virsh dumpxml --inactive --security-info domain > domain.xml vi domain.xml (or make changes with your other text editor) virsh define domain.xml 9、从指定的xml文件创建vm,并启动: virsh create e01.test-main.xml 10、从指定的xml文件创建vm,但不启动,后续可以edit一下这个xml文件: virsh define e01.test-main.xml 11、移除指定的vm virsh undefine e01.test 12、保存和恢复vm的运行状态(RAM,而不是DISK的状态,类似休眠) [root@n86 images]# virsh save e01.test --file e01.test-save.qcow2 Domain e01.test saved to e01.test-save.qcow2 (紧跟着,vm处于“shut off”的状态) [root@n86 images]# virsh restore --file e01.test-save.qcow2 Domain restored from e01.test-save.qcow2 13、自启动这个vm: [root@n86 images]# virsh autostart e01.test Domain e01.test marked as autostarted 对应的xml文件是: [root@n86 images]# ls /etc/libvirt/qemu/autostart/ -l total 0 lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 30 Oct 10 10:00 e01.test.xml -> /etc/libvirt/qemu/e01.test.xml 14、调整graphics 这个不能热插拔,要在vm是“shut off”的状态下才能增加 edit新增或修改这一段: <graphics type='vnc' port='-1' autoport='yes' listen='0.0.0.0'> <listen type='address' address='0.0.0.0'/> </graphics> [root@n86 images]# virsh edit e01.test Domain e01.test XML configuration edited. 启动vm后验证,符合预期 如何查看随机给的vnc端口呢? [root@n86 images]# virsh vncdisplay e01.test :0 这意味着端口是:5900 15、在线调整vcpu [root@n86 images]# virsh help |grep vcpu maxvcpus connection vcpu maximum setvcpus change number of virtual CPUs vcpucount 3 注意:最大值要关机才能调整;上述操作重启后失效,因此,需写入xml文件中 [root@n86 images]# virsh dumpxml e01.test |grep vcpu <vcpu placement='static'>4</vcpu> 编辑xml写入新的配置即可。 16、在线调整内存 [root@n86 images]# virsh help |grep mem memtune 0.10.2 Running hypervisor: QEMU 0.12.1 六、网络接口和虚拟网卡【Networking】 1、查看网络接口列表: [root@n86 images]# virsh net-list Name State Autostart Persistent -------------------------------------------------- default 10.0.200.255 scope global eth1 inet6 fe80::5054:ff:fe2f:53d3/64 scope link valid_lft forever preferred_lft forever 符合预期。但这个配置重启vm后将消失,因此要永久保存配置。 将xml文件导出到一个临时文件然后,复制这个xml文件中的一段内容(如下所示) <interface function='0x0'/> </interface> 最后edit这个vm的配置文件将这段内容拷贝进去: [root@n86 images]# virsh edit e01.test Domain e01.test XML configuration edited. 先shutdown再start这个vm来验证配置是否更新,符合预期。 注意:如果后续又去调整过virbr0的配置,,则需要shutdown这个vm再start,上面新增的这个虚拟网卡才能工作。 八、存储 1、查看存储池 [root@n86 images]# virsh pool-list Name State Autostart ----------------------------------------- default active yes 2、编辑 先shutdown再start这个vm来验证配置是否更新,符合预期。 九、快照【snapshot】 1、指定参数来创建快照: [root@n86 images]# virsh snapshot-create-as e01.test --name ss01 --description "os installed,selinux disabled;" (注意:这段时间,vm是处于暂停(suspend)的状态) Domain snapshot ss01 created 列出快照: [root@n86 images]# virsh snapshot-list e01.test Name Creation Time State ------------------------------------------------------------ [root@n86 images]# virsh snapshot-dumpxml e01.test ss01 |grep desc <description>os installed,selinux disabled; rpm installed: lrzsz wget ntp</description> 3、回滚操作 停止vm后再回滚: [root@n86 images]# virsh shutdown e01.test Domain e01.test is being shutdown [root@n86 images]# virsh list --all Id Name State ---------------------------------------------------- - e01.test shut off (在vm中随便创建几个文件,然后执行;vm处于running状态时回滚需要增加参数 --force): [root@n86 images]# virsh snapshot-revert e01.test ss01 操作完毕后,查看vm,发现: 1)vm是“running”的状态,且卡住了没有任何反应; 尝试强制重启: [root@n86 images]# virsh reset e01.test Domain e01.test was reset 登录到vm后查看是否已经回滚,符合预期。 2)因为我们的快照ss01是vm在running状态做的,后续测试表明,如果是在“shut off”状态做的快照,启动vm,改动文件,关闭vm,再revert后,vm也是处于“shut off”的状态,此时再start这个vm无异常卡住的现象,符合预期。 4、删除快照: [root@n86 images]# virsh snapshot-delete e01.test ss01 Domain snapshot ss01 deleted 十、克隆 1、克隆vm [root@n86 images]# virsh suspend e01.test [root@n86 images]# virt-clone -o e01.test --auto-clone [root@n86 images]# virsh resume e01.test 列出vm查看状态: [root@n86 images]# virsh list Id Name State ---------------------------------------------------- 20 e01.test running - e01.test-clone shut off [root@n86 images]# ls /etc/libvirt/qemu autostart e01.test-clone.xml e01.test.xml networks 对比xml可以发现,克隆的对象修改了以下内容: name uuid source file mac address graphics 移除克隆的vm: [root@n86 images]# virsh undefine e01.test-clone Domain e01.test-clone has been undefined [root@n86 images]# ls /etc/libvirt/qemu autostart e01.test.xml networks [root@n86 images]# rm e01.test-vda-clone.qcow2 2、克隆卷 [root@n86 images]# dt=`date +%Y%m%d_%H%M%S` && \ virsh vol-clone /data/kvm/images/e01.test-vda.qcow2 vol_clone-${dt}-e01.test-vda.qcow2 Vol vol_clone-20151014_105103-e01.test-vda.qcow2 cloned from e01.test-vda.qcow2 十、排错 【Q1】:提示:“ERROR Guest name 'e01.test' is already in use.” A:之前使用virt-install安装失败,,但这个名称还残留下来,需要清理。 [root@n86 ~]# virsh undefine e01.test Domain e01.test has been undefined 【Q2】:提示:“internal error storage volume name 'e01.test-vda-clone.qcow2' already in use.” A:克隆卷时,提示异常 [root@n86 images]# virsh vol-clone /data/kvm/images/e01.test-vda.qcow2 e01.test-vda-clone.qcow2 error: Failed to clone vol from e01.test-vda.qcow2 error: internal error storage volume name 'e01.test-vda-clone.qcow2' already in use. 上述操作之前是刚rm了这个volume rm e01.test-vda-clone.qcow2 判断可能是pool没刷新,试试: [root@n86 images]# virsh pool-refresh default Pool default refreshed 再次尝试,符合预期,问题解决 ZYXW、参考 1、virsh(1) - Linux man page http://linux.die.net/man/1/virsh
