cannot read embedded picture in email message

Problem:

User can not see the picture, there is a red cross mark and a picture place holder only in the message; but user can ready most of other mails' embeded picture.

 

Solution:

1. Open Run > Regedit;
2. Locate HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\Outlook\Security
3. Edit value data in OutlookSecureTempFolder from 

C:\Documents and Settings\yuanmi\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\OLK1\ to

C:\Documents and Settings\yuanmi\Local Settings\Temp\OLK1\
