The attachment size exceeds the allowable limit

最近不少用户报告这个问题，大概公司内使用Office2007碰到这样问题的概率在20%左右。最开始在网上搜寻，返回最多的结果都是有关Exchange2007设置的问题。问题的一个特征就是用户的附件很小，根本没有超过服务器设置的上限。而且问题多发生在回复外部邮件的时候

后来确认这是微软Outlook2007的一个bug，1月份出了一个hotfix修正这个问题

When you save or close an e-mail message that contains an attachment in Microsoft Office Outlook 2007, you receive the following error message:

The attachment size exceeds the allowable limit.

Note This issue occurs if the attachment is very small. For example, this issue occurs if the size of the attachment is less than 500 bytes

Additionally, you cannot close the error message dialog box unless you close Office Outlook 2007.
