参数：

row_id: rowId

col：列索引

用途：获得单元格对象,无参数时返回当前选中cell对象

参考实例： 

var cellObj = grid.cellById(row_id, col);

通过行索引获得cell对象，参考cellById (row_id, col)

通过行id,列索引获得cell对象，参考cellById (row_id, col)
