I download this file Slik-Subversion-1.6.17-x64.msi and install this software in my system.

backup the eclipse.ini and change the eclipse.ini

-vmargs
-Djava.library.path=D:\ProgramFiles\CollabNet\Subversion Client;D:\ProgramFiles\SlikSvn\bin

I have installed eclipse Helios 64 bit.
I have installed jdk 1.6 64 bit.
I have installed subclipse.
I have installed JavaHL (Slik subversion) 64 bit.
I had to make sure eclipse uses the 64 bit version Java when launching
(this can be verified when looking at the java.library.path property in
eclipse->help->about eclipse->installation details->configuration.
Make sure it shows also the path to your 64 bit JDK - if not, change the relevant system environment variable from your
windows control panel->system and restart eclipse with the -clean variable).

Actually, it is not.
-vm
C:\Windows\system32\javaw.exe

I change it like this in eclipse.ini
-vm
D:/tool/jdk1.5.0_12/jre/bin/javaw.exe

And I configured the JAVA_HOME and path in system.

Add -clean variable in eclipse shortcut.

Still this problem is not solved on win7 64 bit.
