目标：
在11gR2/12c GI 和 rac中，环境变量ORA_CRS_HOME 会导致问题发生，因此，强烈推荐在user's session中将此环境变量unset掉，并从user's profile中remove掉。

如下来自实践中遇到的问题,并不是翻译的上面的mos文章。
该问题在如下情况下肯定会遇到：
从sap官方获取的Suse（SLES） 11的介质，然后用此介质安装好了Suse 11，该suse 11环境中，默认是有ORA_CRS_HOME环境变量的。因此要unset掉这个环境变量，否则安装11gR2 的GI肯定会报错。
