[Tomcat]Improvement performance of tomcat

At first use command ulimit -n 65533 set max file descriptor server can open in same time is 65533

Edit tomcat configuration file
1.add tomcat6 response pool：

edit {CATALINA_HOME}/conf/server.xml

deactive

Notice: we add response thread number, add transmit after compress model, modify timeout value, deactive debug model

2.give tomcat more memory：

edit {CATALINA_HOME}/bin/catalina.sh, add to the top of catalina.sh file like this:
