How often can you recall someone's speech 20 years later? I remember hearing such a speech at the 1994 National Speaker Association(NSA) Conference.In fact ,I remember this keynote-delivered by former United States Navy Captain Gerald Coffee-as clearly as if I had head it yesterday!

Coffee told of being captured and held for seven years as a prisoner of war in a Vietnamese prison. He talk about how he and his fellow prisoners developed a system to communicate among themselves .
