分享有关 ICIC 2008 录用和注册的信息（尽我所知）

（1）6月5日收到ICIC邮件通知，论文被LNAI收录，收到3个Review，分数是3.8，3.5，3.7，没有大的问题，主要是摘要、参数定义、参考文献不够规范。论文的主题是对蚁群算法进行修正，应用于机器人气味源定位的。

（2）进入ICIC官网登录后，在Final Paper Submission页面，点击Instruction for Final Paper Submission(LNCS/LNAI/CCIS)，下载LNCS的论文模板和Copyright Form。

（3）有关Copyright Form的填写： The information in the copyright form includes: [1] Conference/Book title: Advanced Intelligent Computing Technology and Applications-ICIC2008 [2] Volume Editor(s): De-Shuang Huang, et.al [3] Title of the contribution. [4] Name and address of corresponding author (please print). [5] Author's Signature. 注意：[1-4]点最好在PDF中填写好后，再打印出来，签名并填写日期。

（4）在Registration Fees页面下载Registration Form，pdf版或word版的都可以，表格是中文版的，有详细的收费信息和汇款信息。我是注册“学术代表”（后面的那个空不知道填什么？），在“2400元（其它）”那里打钩。

注意事项：

Please make a note of "ICIC2008" plus your paper ID Number on the BANK transfer form when you are paying for a dedicated registration fee for a paper to be published in the ICIC2008 proceedings or International Journals. 在“银行汇款凭证”（BANK transfer form ）中注明 ICIC2008 + paper ID

Please mark "Order ICIC2008 Lecture Notes Series or Communications Series Hard Proceedings" or "Order Extra CD-ROM" or "Order Extra Lunch Tickets" or "Order Extra Banquet Tickets" on the BANK transfer form when you are planning to purchase hard proceedings or CD-ROM or lunch tickets or banquet tickets. 如果需要购买额外的论文集、CD包、午餐费等，要在银行汇款凭证中注明（一般我们都不需要额外买的吧，一个CD就400元，黑！）

Please SEND us a scanned copy of your BANK transfer form (in PDF format) together with your final camera-ready paper (in WORD format), copyright form (in PDF format) and registration form (in PDF format) by http://www.ic-ic.org/icg/index.asp. 在ICIC官网注册，要提交论文的PDF版、Word版、汇款凭证（PDF）、注册表（PDF）、版权表（PDF）、学生身份证明（学生证/研究生证复印件，PDF）和单位证明（我的是中文的单位证明，表明我是这个学校某学院的**级研究生，PDF）

In addition, also please send the scanned copy of your BANK transfer form (in PDF format) together with your registration form (in PDF format) to Ms. Chunhong Yan at [email protected]. 另外将注册表（PDF）、汇款凭证（PDF）、学生身份证明（PDF）和单位证明（PDF）发送到指定邮箱。

（5）注册要在6月15日前完成。 我不打算预定那个Hope Hotel 的房间了，去到再找。我是广州的，有同行的一起去啊！我的Email：[email protected]。

（6）我使用的是word模板，原来投稿时是按照IEEE格式的，不过有模板了直接copy输入就行，但最后发现论文长10页。LNCS也挺黑的，页面边界设置那么宽，明显就是要增加页数，估计很多研友的论文都是超过8页的！

（7）超出的页数要交400元/页，晕！实验室经费有限，只有压缩内容了。首先根据Review对论文的一些参数定义方式、摘要、图表等做了修改。然后，把论文第2部分介绍蚁群算法基本原理的那1页全部删去，这个基本原理属于共性理论，删去应该没问题吧？然后对论文全文再细耕一遍，尽量精炼文字，最后在不影响清晰度的条件下调整图片大小。忙了1天，终于压缩至8页！

（8）在EI信息村查过了，ICIC 2007 共有283篇论文被 EI Compendex，这么说被录用到 LNCS/LNAI 的应该都能被 EI 了。ICIC 前3届的LNCS论文都被EI和ITSP了，今年应该也是例行的吧。
