Weblogic10.3 配置默认应用
如像tomcat默认的应用是ROOT一样 weblogic也可配置
只需要在要作为默认应用的应用的web-inf下添加 weblogic.xml配置文件，配置如下:

当然，既然是默认应用那么就只允许一个应用配置为默认应用，如果在1个以上的应用中配置了默认应用配置 ，weblogic加载时会出错
