weblogic10.3 myeclipse 无法启动

weblogic10.3 myeclipse 无法启动 报错如下：

主要是没有加载红色类，网上找了下资料都没有好的解决方案。可以用如下方式解决：

myeclipse - window-perferences-myeclipes-servers-weblogic-weblogic10.X-paths-perpend to classpath- add jar/zip 选择“E:\Oracle\Middleware\wlserver_10.3\sip\server\lib”所有jar包。
