  里面集中存储了 系统中所有的 任职资格。

 

   S_PH9_46000022  List of Alternative Qualifications

 

 

   实践中遇到一个问题就是:

   PPPM/PPPD中，有person和position的qualification的比较的功能。

   在比较的时候，并不能体现出alternative qualification这层关系。

 

“ Alternative qualifications aren´t shown in the profile matchup although it appears correctly when
you execute transaction S_PH9_46000022.

In this case, we could inform you that the profile matchup is only taking into account the alternate qualifications if you advise the system explicitly to do so. In the transaction PPUP or via the menu path
Settings > User-specific in PPEM, you can determine this behaviour.“

 

"The design of this function does not support the including of the alternative qualification when calculating the difference. Here only the proficiency of the original requested qualification is shown too.
If the requested qualification is not assigned, the proficiency field is empty, although there may exist an alternative qualification with a proficiency. Therefore, the difference is only calculated from the
requested (original) qualification." //这段话说明，alternative qualification 并不会替代相应的qualification来做比较。

  

2 PPPM(PPPD)    User:Change Profile   修改 person position job 的资格
  * position 的 qualification 的设置
  * person 的 qualification 的设置。
        person的qualification的数据 一部分是来自于person个人信息的维护。
        另外一些person自己无法维护的特殊的qualification 是在这里手动维护。
  * 这个页面的上面有一个功能 'Current Holder' 'Current Position' 用来比较 person 和 position的匹配程度
  * 在比较页面的上部，有一个柱状图的功能。更加直观的比较 person position.
  * PA30
    Infotype职业任职资格 的维护 不会立即更新到 PPPM 中。即 不会从PA直接到PD。需要工具来做更新。
    这种工具一般是在晚上指定时间自动运行。

3 PEPM    Display Profile Matchup  显示 人 和 职位职务 的要求对照
  * 一边选 person, 一边选 position。以表格的形式 做出比较。同时可以选择生成 training proposals

4 PPCP  Career Planning  职业规划 (为 人 选 职位)
  * 选一个person type, 选一个person，可以运行看到这个人可能适合的position。
  * 在生成的report中，选 menu -> goto -> 里面有各种视图，可以做分析使用。

5 PPSP  Succession Planning  继任计划 (为 职位 选 人)
  * 选一个 position, 可以运行看系统中 有什么person可以适合 这个 position


6 PPPE_SEARCH_FOR_Q  Find Objects for Qualifications  按 资格 查询 person, position


7 S_AHR_61007168    Change Developement Plan Catalog  安排发展计划
  * 比如对于 新毕业的大学生 可以安排 课程(D)、组织实习(O)、考核(BS)...
  * Development Plan 的 类型是 B

8 PPDPIM  Individual Development  实施发展计划
  * 找到一个person
  * 找到一个 development plan
  * 把这个 development plan 的内容 转移给 这个 person。同时可以设定一些发展的状态
