• 问题描述
• Do for n , m , n define n hex , m define the m string(1 < n < 10).
  For example , 2 hex , 1 , 10 , 11 ,100 , 101 , 110....so on.If m = 3 ,we should printf the 3th string 11. Then if m = 4, 
  printf 100.
  Ok ,please do it for find the string law.
