Installation and Configuration Guide - Universal Device Service

If you choose to use an SSL certificate that is not trusted by iOS devices by default, you must provide the certification authority certificate to the user to

install as a trusted root certificate before the user can activate any iOS devices. If you choose to use an SSL certificate that
is not trusted by Android devices by default, the user receives a warning that the certificate for the server is not trustedwhen the user activates any Android devices. The user has the option to continue with activation or return to the MobileFusion Client home screen. The Universal Device Service does not support self-signed certificates.
