Dear all,

I am pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Michael Ou as the Sr. Director of HR for Symbio Group with effect from December 10, 2007.  Michael will be responsible for overall HR support for various Business Units in the Symbio Group.  His key responsibilities will be as follows:

Overseeing and delivering full HR functions and support;
Reviewing and formulating human resources policies and practices and ensuring consistencies where necessary;
Managing different reward and benefit schemes as well as compensation and benefit practices;  and
Overseeing and coordinating the development, implementation, maintenance and future enhancements of the HR information systems.
Michael graduated with Bachelor degree of Food Sciences from Beijing Agriculture University and completed study of Computer Networking in Beijing Post and Telecommunication University.  Before joining us, he has worked for PCCW and Honeywell as Senior HR management positions for 6 years in addition to about 5 more years full-fledged HR/sales experience in different MNCs in China.

Michael reports to Jake and the existing HR team in Symbio reports into him.
