解决办法:在web.xml中进行如下配置

	<filter>
		<filter-name>hibernateFilter</filter-name>

           <param-name>flushMode</param-name>   
           <param-value>AUTO</param-value>

重启服务器后，又出项如下的错误:

java.sql.SQLException: Connection is read-only. Queries leading to data modification are not allowed

解决方法:把配置事件的地方进行如下修改:

去掉 <tx:method name="*" read-only="true"/>
