从国外项目管理书籍看到的一些项目管理内容,这里从简摘录,不翻译的原因也是希望有个原滋原味。比较简单。希望对大家有用。谢谢。

What is a project?
A project is a one-time,multitask job with a definite starting point,definite
ending point,a clearly defined scope of work,a budget.and usually a temporary
team.

A project is a problem scheduled for solution.

How many elements are in a project?

performance requirements: technical and functional

labor cost to do the job(Note that capital equipment and material costs are
accounted for separately from labor)

time required for the project

Some Priciples:

(1)you can assign values to only three of the constraints.the fourth will
be whatever the relationship dictates it will be.

(2)If what you are doing isn't working,you need to change the process by
which it is done.

(3)If you improve quality,you reduce total project costs

(4)the people who must do the job should develop the plan.

(5)The only truly successful project is the one that delivers what it is
supposed to,gets results,and meets stakeholder expectations.

(6)Projects seldom fail because of tools,they fail because of people.

(7)If you have no plan,you have no control--by definition.

(8)you can't make project management work in an organization that doesn't
believe in it.

(9)management is proactive,not reactive

(10)A lot of people want to be managers,but many of them don't want to manage

(11)The only way you will ever have control is if every individual in the
organization is in control of his or her own behavior.

identification ----> description-----.analysis---->hypotheses--->testing-->action.

(13)if no existing strategy is acceptable,you may have to invent one

(14)Adding people to an alreay late project may only make it later

(15)If the definition is wrong,you will develop the right solution to the
wrong problem

(16)many people are socialized to remain silent,even when they don't understand
