According to Reuters reported on April 16, Carol Okensky, deputy director of the digital affairs department responsible for cybersecurity in Poland, said that Poland is unlikely to exclude all Huawei equipment from the 5G network, in part because it avoids increasing The cost of the mobile operator.

Currently, the complete 5G operational product portfolio includes: baseband units (BBUs), active antenna units (AAUs) for macro cells, (AAUs) for micro cells and small cells, and all required transport connectivity devices.
Different 5G equipment suppliers have different market segments and they have their own 5G product roadmap priorities. For example, Huawei’s “Dual-200” C-band Massive MIMO AAU and its 5G base station core chipset “Scorpio” support 200W transmission power and 200MHz bandwidth, which can meet the needs of Asian operators, such as China Mobile’s 5G network. Ericsson and Nokia’s mmWave band have made great efforts to meet the needs of the US market.
