调用itchat模块实现微信自动回复

调用itchat模块，以及图灵机器人接口实现微信自动回复步骤：

（1）电脑端需要装好Python

（2）命令端 'pip install itchat  '           #安装itchat模块

（3）复制以下代码并保存为'test.py' #后缀为 .py
