小程序 聊天功能 页面滚动到底部

写在前：当我们给一个类设置overflow-y: scroll; overflow: hidden; 的时候，wx.pageScrollTo不起作用。

1.给盒子定义一个id为x_chat；（其他样式，按需定义）

2.封装成方法，在onReady时调用；（滚动用到的wx.pageScrollTo）
