Missing artifact com.sun:tools:jar:1.5.0

在eclipse中编写maven 的pom的时候，应用了struts2 core之后报上面这个错：
Missing artifact com.sun:tools:jar:1.5.0

解决方法：

-vm
D:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.6.0_16\bin

我的eclipse是3.6，改了之后的eclipse.ini文件如下：

然后运行project->clean，这个时候pom.xml重新编译就ok了。

注意我使用的jdk是1.6，机器上不需要安装1.5的jdk来解决这个问题。
