            Manager always has risk to make decision, but need to balance to make sure that the direction is correct.

1. How to push the same level ppl to work for you

            Every time, if you need the same position to work for you. How to push them? Blame them?

            Sit down, work togather, find the resource to help him. Find the difficulties.
