安装方法参考serial目录中的文件,lisence在里面

下载下来是这个样子的(软件一共5.10G左右，注意大小，小了则没下载成功，是安装不鸟的！)：

然后：

右键--->打开方式--->选择DiskImageMounter.app

然后出来下面的（双击红色框处）：

下面是进一步的安装。。。继续下去就成功了

To install follow these steps:

1) run "install" 

2) choose "install manually without using the internet"

3) set the "file installation key" to be

   25716-63335-16746-06072

4) setup Matlab with required components

5) when asked to activate the product select activate manually without internet) select "X:\serial\license.lic" when asked for license file

    (where "X" is drive letter with this DVD-disk at your computer)

其实很好找，到授权的时候，就点击浏览，然后serial文件夹就在你下载到的ISO里面；

6) Success!
