如何获取HTTPS链接的值

我们有时候会发现使用file_get_contents获取HTTP的数据就可以，换成HTTPS的就不行了。什么问题呢？

1.window下我们检测看看php.ini中的extension=php_openssl.dll是否已经打开；

2.LINUX下我们就必须安装openssl模块，安装好了以后就可以访问了；

3.如果我们不想改服务器的话就用curl代码去实现。
