在半导体芯片行业，企业的模式主要分三种： IDM、Fabless，Foundry 。

 

1、有的公司，从设计，到制造、封装测试以及投向消费市场一条龙全包，被称为IDM(Integrated Design and Manufacture)公司，例如英特尔Intel。

 

2、有的公司，只做设计这块，是没有fab（工厂）的，通常就叫做Fabless（无工厂），例如ARM、AMD、高通、华为海思等。

 

3、而还有的公司，只做代工，只有fab，不做设计，称为Foundry（代工厂），例如台积电等。
