The months of learning in Old Boy education are the few months that I
think the time efficient is the most.
I had also studied at other training institutions before, but I was hard to
understand what the tutor said and hard to follow. It was just too much
to learn with no outline.

I was divided into the chicken blood bro (In China it is a spirit) group, the
mentor is Xie Di. The weekly group meeting hold by him is very useful
for me. The biggest help for me personally is to feel the company of
everyone in the lonely learning process. After all, learning is a matter of
one's own, and it is not possible for tutors to follow the guidance of
everyone. Everyone must learn by themselves. The greatest role the Xie
Di can play in this process is to provide help when you need help and
also have enough trust for each student.
For example, I stopped doing homework after two months because I
didn't think I had time to do my homework, and I had to spend a lot of
time practicing programming. Xie Di aware all of these and gave me
enough freedom. When I needed to look for a job, I asked the tutor to
give me the access to the last chapter. The tutor quickly gave it to me.
When I was worried, Xie Di always gave me a thorough guide and made
me feel better. During my preparation for the interview, the tutor also
took the initiative to do a mock interview with me. Although the
interview process in China and abroad is very different, mock interview is
still the best way to quickly obtain interview experience. Through mock
interview, the biggest gain is the fear of facing the interview is gone.
