Solution to "The file “fileName” couldn’t be opened because you don’t have permission to view it."

1. Click "Xcode -> Preferences -> Locations" and you will see as follows:

2. Click the arrow below "Derived Data", then you will jump to the Find where the DerivedData folder is located.

3. Choose and delete the DerivedData folder.
4. Return to Xcode, build and run the project again and you will see that the problem is gone!
