What is Advanced Control Collect? 什么是先进控制采集?

Aspen先进控制采集软件为所有支持先进控制的平台提供了数据采集和数据提取功能。数据采集和数据提取由两个单独的工具分别进行处理。
开始数据采集前需要一个有效的输入文件。它包括需要收集的参数和标签名称。你可以用任一文本编辑器创建该输入文件。稍后本文档将介绍文件格式。
当采集过程运行时,数据被存储在一个二进制文件中。对此文件唯一可以做的事情就是从中提取数据。
执行数据提取时,数据采集必须已经完成或正在进行中。得到的提取文件,称为.clc文件(以文件名后的扩展名命名),其可以移到PC上用于AspenTech桌面建模软件使用。

数据采集
先进控制采集的数据采集功能,可以通过将对应信息添加到输入文件中指定收集采样周期和选择需要采集的标签。当数据采集过程开始时输入文件由先进控制采集组件运行。
当采集过程运行时,输入文件的参数及对应值在屏幕上显示。
如果过程没有在后台运行,并且消息被选中,将出现每个采集样本的信息。这些信息显示最新时间的数据采集、收集到的样本数量和可用样本数。
可选择设置输入文件参数,在你的系统数据库中从采集流程中向标签写入状态/监视数据。然后这些标签可通过DCS监测,以保证采集过程运行顺利。
采集过程可以无人监管运行足够长的时间,直到你需要停止它。如有必要,停止和重启采集过程将不会丢失先前的任何数据。这在添加或删除标签时是有用的。

数据提取
先进控制采集的数据提取功能允许选择提取所有采集数据或提取指定采样周期、标签和/或开始和结束时间、以及提取日期。默认值设定为提取最大数量采集数据。
只有当数据采集在运行时或其采集完成后提取过程才可运行。
软件没有限定一个数据采集过程可创建的数据提取文件数。

Aspen Advanced Control Collect provides data collection and data extraction functions for use on all Advanced Control-supported platforms. Data collection and data extraction are handled by two separate tools.
A valid Input file is necessary to start data collection. It includes collection parameters and the names of tags you want to collect. You can use any text editor to create this Input file. The file format is described later in this documentation.
When the collection process is run, data is stored in a binary file. The only thing that can be done with this file is extract data from it.
A collection must have been performed or data collection must be in progress, in order to perform data extraction. The resulting extraction file, called a .clc (because of its extension after the filename) can then be moved to a PC for use with an AspenTech desktop modeling package.

Data collection
The data collection capability of Advanced Control Collect allows you to specify the sample period for collection and the tags for which data is to be collected, by adding them to an Input file. This Input file is run by Advanced Control Collect when the data collection process is started.
When the collection process is started, the Input file parameters and their values are sent to the screen.
If the process is not running as a background process and messaging is selected, a message appears for every sample collected. These messages display the most recent time of data collection, the number of samples collected, and the number of samples available.
Optional parameters for the Input file that will write status/watchdog data from the collection process to tags in your system's database can be set. Then these tags can be monitored using a DCS, to make sure the collection process runs smoothly.
The collection process can run unsupervised for as long as necessary, until you need to stop it. If needed, stop and restart the collection process without losing any previous data. This is useful for adding or deleting tags.
As the collection process is run, data from the indicated tags (specified in the Input file) is written to a binary file (named using the Input file name with the extension .bin added to it).

Data extraction
The data extraction capability of Advanced Control Collect allows extracting all data collected or choosing to extract a specific sample period, tags, and/or the beginning and ending times and dates of extraction. The default values are set for extracting the most amount of data collected.
The extraction process can be run while the data collection is running or after it has stopped.
There is no limit to the number of data extraction files that can be created from one data collection process.
