解决导入项目提示Plugin with id 'com.github.dcendents.android-maven' not found.

今天在导入StatusBarUtil-master这个开源的Library，问题就来了，有提示 Error:(2, 0) Plugin with id ‘com.github.dcendents.Android-maven’ not found这个错误，上网找了各种方案，终于一步一步慢慢解决了，其实很简单，只要在的project项目（根目录下的build.gradle，不是app下的，也不是导入的library下的）中的build.gradle文件中加入两行代码，重新编译一下就ＯＫ了．
