anaconda下打开Spyder报错AttributeError: '_ModuleMock' object has no attribute 'PLUGIN_CLASS'

而这个问题在版本3.3.1中已解决，在anaconda Prompt中输入

conda install spyder=3.3.1

而输入conda update spyder无法更新，不知道为什么…
