日记
This morning was a little cloudy. My mood wasn't up because I hadn't sleep well last night. I ran a 1km warm-up firstly, and then moved faster gradually. From some articles, I know it's important to increase speed with interval training. Recently I did less of this training, but I've always been doing body core exercises. Finally, I finished 10km in 50 minutes. Looking back, I would not definitely made it last year. As the saying goes, we are more stronger than we ever imagined.
