不过到现在，地位就尴尬了。

因为黄河的南岸，昔日的穷乡僻壤，
Because across the river, our once poor neighbor Erdos
凭着羊煤土气，变得财大气粗。
now brims with money, robbing us of our best teachers.
我叫秦建军，今年56岁了，现在担任巴彦淖尔市教育副总督学。
I’m Qin Jianjun, 56, deputy inspector-general for schools in our prefecture.
这六年的教育督导工作跟过去的22年一样，
The six years in the inspector office were just like the prior 22 years as an educator,
我走了一条充满艰辛，又充满惊奇的道路。

But our school inspection was second to none.
巴彦淖尔教育不能按部就班的发展，
Bayan Nur can’t afford to go the old way.
应该寻找新的增长点。
We need a fresh start.

No 2: in Adream, everybody know it’s not easy, but do it anyway.
