Today Kevin had headache, he thought it was caused by less sleep, so he slept all the afternoon, and got better in the evening.

Then he had an English class via eclass, he briefly introduced himself to the teacher, and they talked about a little bit to test his English level.

We went to bed early today with no other games to play.

2. PD 实践

今天早晨起床后就说有些头晕，因为昨天约定好七点闹钟响了之后自己起床，妈妈不会叫他，所以今天自己起床。我开始担心他可能是饿了头晕，所以告诉他赶紧吃早点，还好之后感觉好多了。中午放学还是说不太舒服，但觉得没那么难受，所以上午也没有跟老师说，午饭后就睡了一下午。他自己觉得是缺觉了，果然起床后感觉好很多，看来孩子真是长大了，很多事情可以为自己做决定，我们应该放手让他去做决定。
