react-native08 使用eslint规范代码

下面是一份简单的react-native 的eslint的格式化代码
如果需要保存的时候格式化代码首先要下载插件：

yarn add eslint-plugin-prettier

下面是.eslintrc.js的简单配置，后面会根据需要逐步完善
