The first one is team.In my last speech,I tried to finish a reading project, but it failed.We read by ourselves.The wechat group is so quiet.As great minds say that failure is the mother of success.I failed in my reading project,I prepare for my next project.David and kyler came up with the idea of Qipashuo.It's so popular and many people are interested in it.Maybe it's a good chance to finish my project.I asked David and Kyler to join in the team of project Qipashuo.Actually the amazing team really helped me a lot.

Secondly,we should own the same target.The team members are clear about the rules and process.Before  watching Qipashuo,they recommend some stars of Qipashuo to help me know clear about the rules.I organise the rules and topics for the first Qipashuo.At first I'm worried that no one will apply for the activity.Unexpectly,six members get the roles of the first Qipashuo instantly.The same target to hold the first Qipashuo and attract more people to join in our Chinese meeting make us together.The same target is like a line that connect us together.

The third one is our action.Actually,before the activity, I have one idea about Qipashuo.I have no confidence on the success of the activity.Due to David and kyler's support,I recognise it may be a creative project for toastmasters.Just do it.After doing it,I collect many problems of the activity.We should control the time as long as 30 minutes.We should make chances for audience to answer or share their viewponits.But if we are just worried about the negative aspects of the activity and can't start the first step.We will never grow.If you start your project,prepare it totally and start it immediately.Don't worry about the results too much.Just do it.
