How TO DEVELOP A GOOD HABIT?

Since the childhood,I planned to develop many good habits and I do really tried it. But to be honest, I never succeeded on developing a good habit. many of my stable habits were developed  naturally.

Every day, I am on the go but mediocre. Reflecting on my own, whenever I decided to developed a new habit and put it into action by making all kinds of ways. I always felt that all my hopes were dashed to pieces and the sense of failure was rising when some action related to my old habits happened. However,I am used to this feeling now and I am sure that this habit is developed naturally. I really don't want it.

I know that I am a impatient man and I hope be able to succeed in doing anything at a time .Its better if I can enjoy the good consequence forever. So I always focus on doing it when I want to develop a new habit. Just like this: I decided to lose weight last year. So I got a gym membership which is an anual card.However,i gave up it after two months.. I thought that i really did exercise  strictly :keeping a good balanced diet and doing exercise everyday.But why did i fail?The excuse then is that i was too busy with my job. Is it false that a good habit can be formed by 21days? yes!

In my view,developing a good habit is just like a man who has a wife pursues a beauty. If the man just pursues the beauty but ignore the feeling of his wife . what's the consequence of this man? To be frank,old habit likes your wife ,you two have stayed for a long time;New habit like beauty,you are fscinated with her.what is your choice?

Pursuing the niceness is human' nature.But if you pursue it directly and crudely,is it really good for you?

So in general, when we develop a new habit,the transition is the first step,and after that,the true change will begin!
