[Using English Everyday]39/365

I have practiced meditation for 4 days. Every time i practiced only 3 minutes.
I have practiced reading aloud for 9 days. Every time i only practiced several minutes.
Meditation and reading aloud consistently can be difficult.
But there are ways to make them easier.

Try to anchor our practice to another part of our routine. Like brushing our teeth.
Wake up and think: brush teeth, meditation, read aloud, run several minutes, shower, go to work.

If i can practice everyday, meditation and reading aloud will be my habits.

And how to anchor writing in english to another part of my routine? I am trying to find the better place for it. I have tried to write in the morning or at night. But i found some problems no matter i write in the morning or at night. Now i try to adjust it.
